Our modern Flip Down Doorstop combines versatility, functionality and durability for the ultimate doorstop. Easy to install, the clip automatically adjusts to fit residential or commericial doors, and the swing arm is adjustable to fit floor clearances greater than 2 1/2". Once installed, simply flip the arm down to engage and lift to disengage. Our Flip-Down Doorstop will not damage either the door or floor. In case of an emergency, the arm will release when sufficient force is applied to the door.
